DJI Manic Mini vs. DJI Spark (weight):

The biggest advantage of DJI Mavic Mini is its weight and portability it can be easily carried to everywhere due to its unique and small size its weight is 249 Grams. But in Case of Spark it is not a portable drone because it is bigger than a smartphone and can’t easily be carried. Its weight is 300 grams which is also higher than Mini. On the other hand Mini can be easily fit into the pocket so if you want ease in terms of weight you should buy Mini.

DJI Manic Mini vs. DJI Spark (Camera):

One of the drawbacks of both drones is they aren't able to shoot 4K60 therefore for higher shooting purpose may be Phantom 4 pro V2 is good but currently we are talking about MINI AND SPARK.
DJI Mavic Mini has a resolution of 2.7K30 and this is also good for photography purposes. If you love to capture nature and your memories in beautiful places you should go with DJI Mini because Spark has a resolution of 1080p.

Flight time:

In drones the most important thing which matters a lot is Flight time because mostly you are away from home to capture the beauty of nature so it should be necessary that it gives you a long flight time so you always feel ease in this prospect.

DJI Mini has the longest battery time and flight time it has a battery of 2600Mah, Which gives you a handsome 30-minute flight time and its further technology helps you to give extra flying time.

DJI Spark has 1480 mAh Battery which gives you a 16-minute flight time which is the smallest, so you should go with Mini.

Flight Control:

In terms of flight control DJI Mini is best because it uses stripped-down apps, DJI fly for flight control though these apps work quite well, DJI Go4 App used to fly the DJI Spark and it gives you more settings and access over flight.
One of the best features is the Active Track feature which allows you to follow an object missing in the DJI flying app. But you can also follow the subject by the quick shot mode.

One drawback in Mavic Mini is that it has no sensing technology to detect and avoid obstacles, and you can’t see battery voltage on screen.

PRO HACK:

You can turn off downward obstacles' avoidance by putting tape on the sensor.

PRICE:

DJI Mini is the cheapest option because it has a price of $399,and it can be easily available in any online store and Spark had the price more than $400 but it is not available now in online stores, so we can’t predict exact price It was almost $499, but in cheap price and advance technology Mini is best option.

Conclusion:

At a cheap price DJI Mavic Mini is the best choice for flyers who want entertainment and pleasure. However, due to some drawbacks like lack of avoiding obstacles and Inability to monitor battery voltage, pilots need to be extra careful.

Many of you want to buy a drone but you can't understand which drone is best for you in certain specifications and which drone will properly work for you, so in this regard we are giving you a brief comparison. So it will be easy for you to understand which drone is best for you. Let’s start the comparison.

The drone is the same as a driving car or any other vehicle, for driving a car there is a need for a license which ensures that you are well aware of the rules of driving and you know how to drive safely. Similarly, in the case of drones, there is a license which is called a 107 drone license which allows you to fly a drone commercially and you can use it for business purposes.
If you are a blogger you can use it for capturing eye-catching places and show the world beautiful places.

But to get a license you have to pass a test which is called a 107 test. This allows you to fly your drone under 55 pounds (ca. 25 kg) weights according to some rules like you can't fly it at night, foggy conditions, etc.

Drone manufacture says that delivery can be possible under 107 part because these rules are very strict for the delivery business, but they believe that drone delivery can be possible by 135 part
However, part 107 offers delivery

But for deliveries some conditions offer difficulties in drone delivery; these are interstate delivery, mail distribution, and foreign entities.

Because at a local level you can deliver the product but at a higher level from out of the state or country, risk level, the security level is also increased, this offers a hurdle in instant delivery.

But in COVID-19 days drone delivery can produce positive impacts, and they can deliver test aids, body kits.

How drone delivery is possible if 107 is certified?

There are some restrictions in 107 parts if they can resolve then it would be a great business. By license 107 and your drone, you can start your own business of delivery with revolution ideas. You can work for a company or deliver their product. And the most important thing you can start your own business and take orders from your customers and deliver them to their home.

But it can only be done at the interstate level. Therefore, companies looked towards 135 and certify their crafts as air carriers. And they transfer products as an air carrier but does it meet the conditions of 107 parts? No, as far as you are in the state conditions are meeting, when your drone crosses the state line then you must have part 135 certified.

Conditions which should be for delivery with part 107:

Travel should be intrastate. For example, delivery should be within the city producer and consumer.
It cannot fly beyond visual line of sight.
It cannot fly over people due to some security and privacy reasons it can't be fly over the people and some sensitive places where security risk is high.
Can't fly at night.
Can take too much weight and supplies

Operating a drone delivery without a waiver is possible?

Yes, as long as you are following rules and regulations, staying in a visual line of sight, the flight path should be programmed so it can reduce the damage risk like people's life, etc. And drone pilots operating under FAA's part 107 regulations would be allowed to offer drone delivery.

Can operating a drone delivery business with the waiver is easier:

Yes, drone delivery is easier if you are following BVLOS(beyond visual line of sight) waiver and a traversing people waiver, If you use both wavier than it would be great for your company and business because it will follow rules and regulations and you can serve as a larger company and people trust on you will also increase.

Damage is damage no matter if it is the damage to life or someone's property damage. And there are also some rules and regulations and if anyone does something against the law. Authorities respond quickly.

Minnesota's man arrested in drone shooting:

In Minnesota a man named Travis Duane shot down the drone then the pilot reported a drone shooting case against him, and he faced criminal charges. According to Minnesota local news, the drone was flying over a meat-processing plant.

Due to this, the Watonwan County Sheriff's department charged Travis Daune Winter, who lived in the Butter field. The main reason for charging is shooting someone's personal property. Travis Daune charged with criminal damage to property and reckless discharge of a weapon within city limits.

The pilot wanted to capture the alleged slaughter of chicken by employees due to the possible COVID-19 infection. He said when he was flying his drone on the Butter field Foods (, which is famous for poultry distribution). The two workers came out of the factory and asked him why he was flying the drone. He told him the reason.

Winter got furious and shot down his $1900 drone with his shotgun. Later on, when he was taken to authorities, he admitted that he shot down the drone by a shotgun. This report grew as UAV commercials and as a result, recreational sales increased.

Previous incidents:

It wasn't the first time a man shot down a drone. In 2015 Kentucky man shot down a drone as it was flying over his property. Police also charged him but a local judge dismissed the charges later on. The court said that the drone was disturbing his privacy and security; it was his right to shoot down the drone.

What law says?

Shooting down a drone is a federal crime because drones are aircraft under federal law. It is also considered to be criminal and civil law.

But keep in mind that the drone is for only capturing purpose or normal purpose. If a drone carried a weapon and the shooter shot it down for defense purposes then it would be legal.
So always remember don't disturb the personal privacy of anyone and don't fly it on the house of anyone with some damaging approach.

What property owner says?

Drones are something other than craft
Individual own the airspace above their homes
There are no criminal or civil consequences for shooting down a drone.

And also in the US, the airspace above the home is part of the National Airspace system.
